Welcome From Susan

I am glad you have found me, welcome. I like to see my web site as a resource for people searching for peace of mind or trying to develop the ability to be happy no matter what is happening in their life. I created my first web site in 1997. I have dedicated my life to helping people find their own truth and to helping them deepen their connect with their own inner wisdom and divinity.

I started my exploration into human potential in the early 70′s. I have explored numerous spiritual traditions over the years. My favorite are the Toltec tradition and ancient Hawaiian spirituality. As you explore these pages you will find information about what I do and myself, the Toltec tradition, many useful tools and basic truths that will hopefully assist you as you pursue your journey. You will certainly find many things to enhance your personal growth.

Here is a beautiful, guided meditation. I took all the pictures while traveling around our beautiful planet. I hope you enjoy the experience.

The ancient Hawaiians knew that there were many paths to the top of the mountain, each one beautiful in its own way – yet the view from the top is always the same. Their teachings remind us to honor our path and the path of our fellow travelers. Remember to walk always in light, live in love, and treat all beings with honor, dignity, and respect.

The Toltec Tradition has three masteries: Awareness, Transformation, and Intent. As with any spiritual practice, to experience the benefits we must actually practice using the tools and applying the insights to our lives. Change does require effort and as I have proceeded on this path, I have learned to enjoy the process. I find that the ability to be happy regardless of what is happening around me is one of the greatest gifts of this path. Life can truly be a joyous experience. I hope you take sometime, explore this path, and apply what you find to your own life.
