Aloha,

I am in Lithuania enjoying some beautiful sunny weather and biking along the wonderful bike paths in the morning. As always the classes here are very powerful and I enjoy working here very much.

Here are some images from my morning bike ride. I hope you enjoy them! They are wonderful images to just allow yourself to be with and perhaps allow yourself to feel the energy of the place and the joy I was feeling when I took them.
