Perfection – is it really all perfect?
I love the idea that everything is perfect. At first I had a hard time with the concept. How could death, illness, hunger and suffering be perfect? Then I began to explore the idea of my filter system, that my experience of life was really created by my beliefs, agreements, assumptions and attitudes.
When I see life from a limited perspective I miss much of the beauty. What if this really is a prefect world? There are, after all places people can have more than enough and places people can experience lack and limitations. Who am I to say that no one has the right to experience whatever it is they want to experience?
If I demand there is world peace what about the people that enjoy making bombs? I would make them suffer in order for me to feel safe. What if instead there was a world of choice? A place where everyone gets to choose what they want to experience and there is room enough for it all.
Wait a minute there already is! There is a planet called Earth, where there are places of peace and places of conflict, there are people who have more than enough food and others who don’t. There are hundreds of country with different cultures, religions and climates. What if life really is perfect after all?
What if we come here to learn how to see the perfection? What if this is a place where we come to learn how we create our reality? What if we come here to experiment with conscious creation? What if this is a place we come so we can have lots of opportunities to practice, try and then try again? What if we eventually learn to create exactly what we want when we want it, but that only happens after we understand about love and perfection? What if judgment curtails our freedom and our ability to choose?
What if this world really is perfect and it is just a place we come to practice and enjoy? What if we don’t have to change a thing except our perspective?
Interesting thought isn’t it?
With love and aloha,
Susan
