I began recording podcasts about a year ago and really enjoy making them. I now have a wonderful producer Zack so I plan on regularly creating new ones. I will continue to share a variety of tools, insights and wisdom I have gained from both the Toltec tradition and ancient Hawaiian spirituality. I hope you enjoy the podcast. If you would like me to talk about a specific topic drop me an e-mail and let me know.
What is a podcast?
A podcast is an audio file stored on the Internet that you can listen to on your computer or iPod. Each of my podcasts include a guided meditation and a class or discussion about a specific topic. It is a way for me to share all the love and wisdom I have been so freely given over the years.
