Introducing the Monthly Guided Meditations Series

I’ve just put the finishing touches on a brand new program that will help you dive into meditation with ease and joy. And I put this program together for you precisely because I’ve been where you are and I wished that something like this had been available to me when I was in your shoes.

 

Daily meditation is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to make big, positive changes in your life!

 

What’s Included in the Program

Every 2 weeks you’ll receive a guided meditation (2 meditations per month). When you register for the Monthly Meditation Series, you’ll initially receive introductory materials on guided meditation as well as your first 3 guided meditations. All the materials are MP3 files in the case of audio, and PDF files when I include an eBook or report for you.

Each meditation is about 15 minutes long and is designed to teach you something more about meditation in general, or focus on a particular concept that will help you in your ongoing spiritual practice. These meditations will be your touchstone and starting place to help you develop your practice and instill your meditation habits ever more deeply, month after month.

I Don’t Have Time to Meditate!

Don’t worry! I have purposely designed this program specifically so that you only need to make a small time commitment and you won’t feel overwhelmed.

By making the meditations only about 15 minutes each, I’ve found that students are able to gain a solid foothold and really establish a great meditation habit when they commit to the small amount of time that each of these guided meditations requires.
