“Everything begins with love and only the love is real.”
Some might call it a mantra. Some might call it a motto. I call it my bottom line.
That’s because I believe—deep in my soul—that when you learn to look at the world through the eyes of love you can gently let go of your fears and in the process your life is totally transformed. Suffering of any kind becomes totally unnecessary.
Love transforms everything.
You’ll wake up feeling energized, yet peaceful. You’ll handle life’s speed bumps with astonishing grace and ease. You’ll begin to see life from a place of “what is possible” instead of “what if.” You’ll start feeling good about dreaming big. And you’ll feel even better when you start seeing those dreams come true.
Does it sound good?
It is attainable and I can show you how.
From the time I was a little girl I was a dreamer. One day I remember standing on the corner in Manhattan waiting for the light to change. I looked up at my mother and told her (much to her dismay) that I came here to make a difference, that I came to change the world. She just shook her head and sighed.
We had a love, hate relationship. To say the least my life was tumultuous. I was often depressed and suicidal but also knew that life could be different. I was fascinated by the word freedom and I longed to know more about love.
When I was 21 I bought my first home. It was a real fixer upper. I remember standing in the shower after a long day of working on the house and asking myself the question, “Who am I?” I never thought three simple words could have such a profound effect.
I began reading avidly and learned to meditate. It was the 70’s. I took TM, Silva Mind Control and read Carlos Castaneda. I studied with an incredible healer in Vermont.
“Who am I” helped me peel back layer after layer of consciousness. At the time I had a successful stained glass studio. One Friday night I got a call that changed everything. My mother had been killed in a car accident. In a strange way her death set me free and allowed me to travel. I never would have left Vermont if she was still alive.
I jumped into the world of addiction after her death. My world went seriously off course. I made a series of disastrous business decisions and wound up losing everything. I declared bankruptcy, got clean and sober, packed all my belongings and my dog into my car and drove cross country.
I moved to San Diego where through a series of ‘coincidences’ I met Don Miguel Ruiz and his mother Sarita. Don Miguel asked me to be their student and even though the classes were taught in Spanish (I didn’t speak a word of Spanish) I said yes. I studied with them for a number of years until Miguel told me he had taught me all he knew and said it was time for me to go and teach in my own way. Those years continue to be an amazing gift.

That is my sole mission helping others to find personal freedom, well that and just thoroughly enjoying life.
I love watching people’s lives change and hearing the excitement and joy in their voices.My apprenticeship transformed my life from one of drama and depression to one of joy and love. And it also revealed to me my true gift: teaching others how to practice these techniques so they, too, can live happier, more joyous and more peaceful lives, no matter what their circumstances.
You can be happy no matter what is happening around you.
I moved to the most beautiful and healing place on earth, Hawaii, to start teaching and writing and doing whatever I could to spread the goodness. I’ve written 14 books with my latest book Joy Awaits is in the works. I am a Toltec Master and Nagual women, a Karuna Reiki Master and energy healer. I am a lot of things but above all else I love life and love teaching people how to create a life beyond their wildest imaginings. I am passionate about what I do.
I love creating guided meditations, creating videos on Tiktoc and helping people let go of all of their limiting thinking. Because I know that living a life of truth and love is as good as it gets. I feel blessed to witness that light of love deepening in someones life —and knowing all the wonderful things they have to look forward to in their life.
It’s not magic, but it is magical.
Learning to embrace the essence of who and what you really are, really feeling the love, knowing you belong, experiencing the perfection of your life and the world isn’t easy. If it were, you wouldn’t need me!
