I practice mindful living by being more aware of my feelings in any given moment. When I find my feelings are trending more toward contrast, I take a deep breath for my mind to get back into the moment and become aware of it. And then I say to myself, in this moment I can choose Peace. I’m replacing that negative feeling with one of gratitude and appreciation, a child-like innocent feeling for Who I Truly Am, a Divine Spirit.
