Your future self goes on to praise you for the leap of faith you took to get the support and help you needed. Today you are gloriously happy, you have a life beyond your wildest dreams, a home you adore, a job you are passionate about, friends and family that support you and the most amazing relationship.

Thanks for making the really hard choices

If you hadn’t dedicated yourself to change and taken some pretty big risks I wouldn’t exist. In 2014 there were many future selves possible. You could have limped along, not facing your fears and created a future self of misery. You could have remained unlovable, lonely and stayed in that horrible relationship.You could have remained safe and …. I don’t even want to think about what future self you would have called into being.

Which future self do you want to create?

Over the years I have had people write letters to and from their future selves.  It is always a powerful exercise. When I was in San Diego I took classes from Don Miguel Ruiz even though the classes were in Spanish and I didn’t speak a word of Spanish. I am eternally grateful I made those choices that made no sense to me at the time but made a huge difference in my life. Those choices helped me decide which future self I manifested.

Over the years I have written letters to and from my future self. I knew I had the potential to create anything from a bag lady to someone who wakes up happy and grateful every day.
