at a cross roadsIf you are at all familiar with my work you will have seen me write about loving everything equally and about seeing the perfection in everything. It has taken me a while to be able to apply that adage to Trump or as I have been referring to him mentally, ‘he who shall remain unnamed.’

I recently saw a post on Facebook that encouraged me to write this post. There seems to be so much anger, judgment and fear about ‘he who shall remain unnamed’ online. Lots of down right, deeply rooted fear about all the rights that will be lost and the horror that will be unleashed by a Trump presidency.

When we agree to see the perfection in everything life changes in profound ways. Allowing for the possibility that Trump and his election is perfect can be a very powerful spiritual practice and an exercise that will set us free, but as we get use to the idea it may drive us a bit crazy. I’m still getting there and I practice releasing all of my judgments about him on a daily basis. I still haven’t been able to watch the news since the election but I’m sure that will come with time.

Our thoughts become things. So if I judge Trump and give voice to my fears about his presidency I will create lots of stuff I’m sure I would really rather not experience. When we chose to see the perfection in everything we benefit by seeing that perfection. Love expand, fear contracts.

So my question to you is: What DO you want to create in the next four years? I personally want to create more love, joy, abundance, freedom, laughter and a sense of ease. I certainly want more love and less fear. I want my life to continue to expand as it only can when I embrace love and release judgment and fear.

I’d love to see your thoughts and feelings in the comment section.

With love and aloha,
Susan
