A little about Susan:
Susan is known for creating magical experiences. She is a shaman, a Toltec Master, a gifted healer, an author of over 14 books, a Karuna Reiki Master and a person who loves life, laughs a lot and believes joy is our birthright.
Susan began her spiritual explorations in the 1970’s and had the gift of studying with Don Miguel Ruiz and his mother Sister Sarita long before The Four Agreements. One day Miguel told her he had taught her all he knew and told her to go and teach in her own way. She moved to Hawaii and did just that.
Susan describes working with people as finding the right thread to pull on to unravel a sweater. Once you find that thread you can unravel what was so you can create something new and whatever you want.
During this retreat Susan will help you unravel your old limitations so you can create a life beyond your wildest dreams.

Many times during the day you have the opportunity to ‘forest bathe‘
Forest bathing is the practice of taking a short, leisurely visit to a forest for health benefits. The practice originated in Japan where it is called shinrin-yoku (森林浴) in Japanese (it is also called sēnlínyù (森林浴) in Mandarin and sanlimyok (산림욕) in Korean).
Imagine walking along this path ‘forest bathing’ on the way home for the night looking up and seeing the Milky Way.
