Do you ever feel like you don’t have enough time?
That life is just flying by?
Your to do list is never ending?
What are your experiences with time? I’d love to see your questions or comments below.

Dear Susan – I went back several times and listened to your video. The important message, to me, was at about 2:40; but it took me several times to figure it out. For me your point was not clear throughout the video because the talk was way to wordy and your body movements and music were sort of distracting.
thanks for the feedback. I questioned the music

My comment is this video was a waste of time! Simplistic, ridiculous, unintelligent, need I go on?
No need to go on.
With a broad grin, Susan

Is your flash drive current? When all else fails try a different browser.
With lots of love and a big smile, Susan
Ty Susan for the video, I myself, occupy my time with love for my family, doing things that make my heart sing, meditation, read, listen to music, I always try to see the positive in everything I do , love and light to you
Way to go … except as Yoda says, “There is no try there is do or don’t do.”
Smiling with love, Susan
I feel like there is never enough time in my day to get everything done that I need or want to do. I have been writing a list of things to do on an app the my pc. When I get on task done I erase it. It is seems to help me. I would like to learn new strategies to manage my day.
Jamie
Your wish is my command … I am doing a series of videos on time this month.
Sending you more than enough time, Susan
Dear Susan, you showed the mindset in your video. When you’ve got the feeling that there is enough time, there is more peace and rest in the body and space to enjoy what’s happening. Have a nice day! Sascha
That’s the key know there is enough time, money, love whatever and it shall be so!
With love and joy and aloha, Susan
Circumstances in my life made it a necessity for me to live in the present moment. As things changed, I thought I could stop doing that because I had only thought of living in the present moment as a strategy for getting through difficult times. Well! Not so. I realized recently that living in the present is so much more than a coping skill to be used temporarily, it’s a full time way of being. At least for me it is.
How does that affect time? I find myself totally immersed in life, and it is so rich and abundant… even through great hardship, loss and pain. It has been key to immense healing. Instead of feeling like I can’t get beyond the past, I do! Instead of the future taking so long to get here, it gets here right on time. It seems like living in the present moment gave me more control of myself, instead of feeling like I was being swept along and could not catch my breath!
Living in the present moment I have more time to do things and spend with others and those things are done well and I am fully present and available to those people.
The present is filled with the love and care I have an abundance of to share now, which seems to naturally multiply (I love myself more, I love others more purely and openly, I’m more invested in the things I do and they are done well) and all that creates a much better present than if I were just reeling in pain from the past or frozen with worry about the future. All those present moments create a beautiful past and lead to a better future…and time is endless in a good way.
The present is the only moment we have the power to change and to savor and to fill fully with love. You have the idea ….
With love,
Susan
Its a fun video, thank you Susan. I agree, time really is just a construct of the mind and does not exist outside of it, a bit like inches or centimetres. So we can indeed play with it. Gillian x
Playing with time is so much fun.
