Ask yourself these questions often as you move through your day.
How can I see this through the eyes of love?
What would love do?
Love expands, fear contracts. Love will always create results in your life that are so much more pleasing and in alignment with who and what you really are. Fear creates trauma and drama.
What can you do right now? Not tomorrow or next week or when you are thinner or have more time or you have found the one whatever your mind’s excuse is. Right now in this moment you can choose love. Simply ask yourself, “How can I see this through the eyes of love?”
Allow yourself to feel love. Take a moment to think about someone you love or feel loved by or a beautiful sunrise, sunset, adorable puppy or kitten. Memorize that feeling of love, really allow yourself to feel it in your body and ‘remember it’ often during the day.
FEEL LOVE AND BE LOVED
Practice feeling love often. When you have to make a decision or begin a task bathe yourself in the feeling of love.
Make love your habitual default setting. At first it may seem odd, but with a bit of practice and after seeing how your life morphs into something wonderful, love will become your first choice.
We either choose consciously or unconsciously. So begin to consciously practice love and watch what happens to your life. You will be amazed!
