The simple phrase that can change your life

I adopted this mantra a number of years ago and my life has never been the same. It just keeps getting better and better. I love allowing life to unfold in an easy and effortless way. That certainly doesn’t mean I don’t take action, I do but in an easy and effortless way. I follow my spirit, bliss, joy or happiness however you want to think about it.

What does that look like?

To me, more accurately it is how that feels. I get a sense, an inner knowing before I take an action and the actions have a powerful result in my life. Easy and effortless has erased fear from my life. All I have to do to experience what I want in my life is to follow the cosmic breadcrumbs.

What are cosmic breadcrumbs?

They come in many shapes and sizes. Cosmic breadcrumbs are definitely not one size fits all. They do always lead you closer to your spirit, they are loving and expansive although following them may seem to fly in the face of logic. Making the leap to follow our spirit may actually cause fear to roar to the surface but fear is after all an illusion and only the love is real.

Why does fear seem so VERY REAL?

I have spent a lot of my life either running from fear or making choices based on fear. That is until I began to focus on changing my point of creation from my mind to my spirit. When I’m in alignment with my spirit fear truly has no meaning, I am surrounded in love and life becomes easy and  my choices evident and effortless.

It is amazing what a difference that simple change in perspective makes. My spirit leaves wonderful cosmic breadcrumbs while my mind has me going round and round like a hamster on a wheel.
