The Big Island of Hawaii is believed to be the heart center of the planet, a place of creation and love. You can feel the energy of Pele, the goddess of the volcano as soon as you arrive. The month of June is named for Juno the goddess of women.
The summer solstice is the longest day of the year, a tipping point. It is a wonderful time to connect with the goddess and the power of creation. During the retreat one of the ceremonies we’ll be doing is a fire ceremony, a time for you to let go of anything that no longer serves you as well as inviting your dreams to come true.
A volcano is a great place to release your limiting beliefs. It will bring up old, limiting beliefs from the core of your being.
Susan will show you how to replace fear with love, limitations with personal freedom and judgment with joy. You will go home filled with love, self-acceptance and lots of tools to continue to expand and create the life of your dreams.

Susan and Bea create an environment of love, a place that feels safe enough to let go and open your heart and mind. They have created a place to explore, experiment and let go of the past.
Bea is a curandera and works with people through the food she cooks and the healing sessions she does. Susan has spent the last 14 years planting flowers, building places to sit and meditate and creating an amazing labyrinth.
You will feel welcomed and when you leave you will definitely leave behind many of your limitations and replace them with self acceptance and love. You will have spiritual practices in place that will set you free.

A little bit about your retreat leader Susan:
Susan is known for creating mystical and magical experiences. She spent most of her early years depressed and suicidal. Susan was tormented by other kids because she was fat. These days Susan is a person who loves life, laughs a lot and believes joy is our birthright.
Susan began her spiritual explorations in the 1970’s and had the gift of studying with Don Miguel Ruiz and his mother Sister Sarita in the 1980’s long before The Four Agreements. One day Miguel called her up and did a ceremony for her. He said he had taught her all he knew and she was to go and teach in her own way. She moved to Hawaii and has been doing just that ever since.
Susan is also a shaman (she has studied with healers and shamans all over the world), a Toltec Master, a gifted healer, an author of over 14 books, and a Karuna Reiki Master. She has dedicated her life to helping people learn how to be happy no matter what. Susan describes working with people like finding the right thread to pull on, much like unraveling a sweater. Once you find that thread you can unravel what was so you can create something new, beautiful, expansive. You can create whatever you want.

My soul had been urging me to find a place to help me cultivate love, and I was able to connect to nature and spirit in a tranquil setting that blended harmoniously to create the optimal fertile ground for growth.
