NUMBER ONE:

Realize we really are special. Without each of us the universe would be incomplete, that makes each of us very important. When we learn to truly value ourselves, to love ourselves just the way we are life becomes amazing.

MOST DAILY POWERFUL EXERCISE:

Twice daily look at yourself in the mirror, think of something that creates a warm, loving feeling ( a puppy, your beloved, a sunrise, a hot fudge Sunday, whatever. . .) and then look directly into your own eyes and say I love you. Say it until you really mean it. I did this daily for months and it made a HUGE difference. I resisted and cried at first.

NUMBER TWO:

I dedicated myself to loving and accepting myself just the way I am. Whenever I heard the voice of my inner judge, I thanked it for sharing and once again reminded myself how precious I am.

ANOTHER POWERFUL EXERCISE:

Give yourself a hug, as a matter of fact make it a daily practice to give lots of hugs, lots and lots of hugs. When you give a hug really allow yourself to receive as well as give.
